Video of the Week - Roth Boys

January 26, 2009

He’s white. He raps. He’s drawn comparisons to Eminem. He rhymes about things most college students can relate to: beer, sex and marijuana. He’s living my dream. He’s Asher Roth and check out his video for Roth Boys, a remake of Jay-Z’s Roc Boys.

Also check out his website, where you can download his mixtape “The Greenhouse Effect”, and hear his first single, “I Love College”.

Road Trip Update - Big Macs, Bourbon, Colonel Sanders, and Swetts

January 19, 2009

We’re in day 2 of our ridiculous road trip. And let me tell you, it has been RIDICULOUS! We’ve been putting together footage for our application to the Amazing Race and getting footage for next year’s 2008 holiday ecard! We’ve been getting a lot of weird looks about the e-card thing. haha…

But so far, so good. We’ve been having some awesome food, and have met some awesome people along the way. Here are some pictures of some of the sites and places we’ve been to so far. Click on the pictures for a full size version.

Tonight’s plan: We are in Nashville, TN and are going to try to listen to some live country music somewhere in the country music capital of the world!

We’re Driving Cross Country

Big Wong and BMak are taking another road trip…this time, we’re visiting the bourbon and bat capital of the world, Louisville, KY, and the country music capital of the world, Nashville, TN. And on the way we will be seeing lots of oddities and things that just don’t make sense. But hey…what’s a road trip without weird stuff?

This is our proposed itinerary:

United States of Whatever by Liam Lynch

January 14, 2009

One of my favorite funny videos.

This is United States of Whatever by Liam Lynch, creator of the Sifl and Olly show that was on MTV. It also holds the guiness book of world records for shortest song (1m 47s) to go top 10 in UK.

Cause this my united states of whatever.
